Dr. Liang is the founder of Basecare Medical Corporation Limited, the first listed IVD company in the assisted-reproductive area in China. He developed the PGT-A testing kit, which is the first to achieve the “Class III medical device registration certificate” and the “innovative medical devices special approval" from NMPA in the reproductive area. He participated in compiling the Industry Standard and Guidelines on Evaluating the Quality Control Techniques for Pre-implantation Genetic Screening (High-throughput Sequencing method) in 2017. He is director of the provincial Research Center for Reproductive Genetic Technologies and Projects, Secretary-General of China’s Expert Committee on Genetic Counselling Capacity-building, and president of Suzhou Young Science and Technology Association.
